Set-aside eligibility

Civil Domain Consultants is a veteran-owned small business. Under FAR Part 19, acquisitions between the micro-purchase threshold and the simplified acquisition threshold are set aside for small business by default. Once SBA Veteran Small Business Certification is complete, we will list it here along with any sole-source authority that applies.

Ways to buy

Government purchase card

For requirements under the micro-purchase threshold, we accept the GPC directly. Quote, card, delivery. Usually the same week.

Simplified acquisition

For requirements up to the simplified acquisition threshold, your contracting office can award to us as a small business. We provide a quote formatted for the file: line items, part numbers, delivery terms, and a statement of our small-business status.

Through distribution and existing vehicles

Where your agency requires a specific vehicle, we quote through our distribution partners' federal contracts or team with a contract holder. Army customers who need a CHESS quote first: tell us, and we'll route the requirement accordingly.
